Hideout Liwliwa is a 300sqm home space borne out of the intention to create a fund for community immersions and contributions. Built in 2017, the structure is majority of local wood, and upcycled materials where applicable. We draw a distinction between leisurely outing as opposed to an immersive form of tourism, putting a focus on a different experience from arriving guest’s home environment, where comfort is less but experience is more. Here, we want guests to feel the fresh breeze onto their skin, the warmth of the ground/sand on their feet, the sound of birds chirping, the taste of vegetables and fruits, not bottled/processed food; basically, find the fun outside your usual comfort, so you can come home and see value to the daily privileges we enjoy.
